The invention discloses an anti-loosening bolt fastening structure for a building board, which comprises a bolt and an anti-loosening cover, and the bolt is configured to be received in a bolt channel of the building board; the bolt is provided with a head part and a threaded rod part, the head part is of a rod-shaped structure, and the threaded rod part is configured to be in bolt connection with a building base body where the building board is installed; the anti-loosening cover is configured to be fixedly connected with the building board, the anti-loosening cover cannot rotate, and the anti-loosening cover shields the bolt channel and the bolt received on the bolt channel; wherein a plurality of limiting pieces are fixedly arranged on the surface, facing the building board, of the anti-loosening cover, the limiting pieces are connected with the heads of the bolts, and the limiting pieces are configured to fix the heads of the bolts and limit rotation of the bolts.
