BOLT LOOSENING PREVENTING UNIT FOR RAIL FASTENING
To provide a bolt loosening preventing unit for rail fastening which suppresses loosening of a hexagonal bolt for fastening while simply fitting a fixing cover to a bolt cap while visually observing the relative position of a bolt cap and the fixing cover.SOLUTION: A bolt cap 110 has twelve bolt fitting vertical groove parts provided at equal intervals on the cap inner peripheral side to be fitted to six bolt corner parts Ff1a formed on a fastening bolt Ff1, and 45 engaging projection parts provided at equal intervals on the cap outer peripheral side; a fixing cover 120 has the same number of engaging vertical groove parts as the number of engaging projection parts to be engaged with the engaging projection parts of the bolt cap 110; a cap side identification mark indicating a groove bottom position of the bolt fitting vertical groove part is formed in the vicinity of each bolt fitting vertical groove part; adjacent cap side identification marks are different identification marks; and a cover side groove bottom identification mark indicating a groove bottom position of the engaging vertical groove part is formed in the vicinity of the engaging vertical groove part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
【課題】ボルトキャップと固定カバーとの相対位置を目視しながらボルトキャップに対して固定カバーを簡便に嵌挿しつつ締結用六角ボルトの緩みを抑制するレール締結用ボルト緩み止めユニットを提供する。【解決手段】ボルトキャップ１１０が、締結ボルトＦｆ１に形成された６つのボルト角部Ｆｆ１ａと嵌合するキャップ内周側で等間隔に設けた１２個のボルト嵌合用縦溝部と、キャップ外周側で等間隔に設けた４５個の係合突起部とを有し、固定カバー１２０が、ボルトキャップ１１０の係合突起部に係合する係合突起部の個数と同数の係合縦溝部を有し、ボルト嵌合用縦溝部の溝底位置を示すキャップ側識別印が、ボルト嵌合用縦溝部毎の近傍にそれぞれ形成され、隣接するキャップ側識別印が、異なった識別印であり、係合縦溝部の溝底位置を示すカバー側溝底識別印が、係合縦溝部の近傍に形成されている。【選択図】図２Ｂ
