Construction technology of offshore bridge high-rise pile cap
The invention discloses a construction process of an offshore bridge high pile cap, which is characterized in that a pouring jacket of a steel-concrete structure is adopted for construction, and the pouring jacket consists of a pouring jacket bottom plate and a steel side mold which are prefabricated by reinforced concrete; the construction process comprises the following stages: a preparation stage, a pouring jacket mounting stage, a pouring jacket lowering stage, a pouring jacket bottom plate plugging and water pumping stage and a bearing platform concrete pouring stage. The preparation stage comprises the following steps of pile foundation casing sinking, cast-in-place pile construction, pile head flattening of the pile foundation casing, casing box bottom plate and apron board prefabrication and steel side mold manufacturing. In the pouring jacket mounting stage, a pouring jacket bottom plate is mounted firstly, and then a steel side mold is mounted; a bottom plate of the pouring jacket is installed through a suspension frame, and the suspension frame comprises a pile cap, a reverse hanging beam and two first finish rolling deformed steel bars. In the pouring jacket lowering stage, a jack lowering system is installed on a bottom plate of the pouring jacket, and the jack lowering system comprises an I-shaped hanging bracket, a carrying pole beam, a center hole jack and a steel strand. According to the construction technology, the construction difficulty can be greatly reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
