The invention relates to a municipal pipe culvert pressurization jet flow desilting device which comprises a mounting sleeve frame, a walking device, a pressurization body, a jet flow pipe and a longitudinal cutting tool. One end of the mounting sleeve frame is a circular cylinder, the other end of the mounting sleeve frame is a reducing conical cylinder, and a circular cover plate is welded to the bottom face of the circular cylinder; a plurality of height-adjustable trundles are arranged on the side face of the circular cylinder and abut against the inner side of the pipeline; the two layers of water outlets are arranged, simultaneous or independent dredging of the upper pipe wall and the lower pipe wall is achieved, the pipeline is arranged in an arc shape, the hydraulic direction and strength of the pipeline are guaranteed, and sediment on the pipe walls in the annular direction and the longitudinal direction is cleared away.
