The invention relates to the technical field of building equipment, in particular to a gluing mechanism and a brick paving robot. The gluing mechanism comprises a fixed support, a movable support and a glue cutting assembly, and the fixed support comprises a bearing cavity used for bearing bricks and a guide frame extending in the first direction on the side edge of the bearing cavity; the movable support comprises a movable part movably arranged on the guide frame and a gluing part extending in the second direction, the second direction intersects with the first direction, and the movable part is used for driving the gluing part to move so that the surfaces of the bricks can be coated with glue to form a set shape; the colloid cutting assembly is installed on the movable support and comprises a cutting piece capable of moving along with the movable part, at least part of the cutting piece is located between the edge of the brick and the guide frame, and the cutting piece can separate colloid on the brick from the guide frame. According to the gluing mechanism, glue on the bricks can be separated from the fixing support, and the problems that the gluing mechanism is stuck and the bricks are hollowing are avoided.
