An airport pavement ice breaking system comprises a vehicle chassis, an ice breaking device, a material stirring device and a collecting device. An ice crushing device used for crushing the ice surface of a road, a material stirring device and a collecting device used for collecting crushed ice are sequentially installed at the bottom of the vehicle chassis from front to back. The material stirring device comprises connecting frames, a cam roller, a roller, sharp nails I and sharp nails II, the connecting frames are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the vehicle chassis, the roller driven by a driving motor is rotationally connected between the two connecting frames, the roller is of a hollow structure, and the multiple sets of sharp nails I are distributed on a roller body at intervals in the circumferential direction; a set of sharp nails II is arranged between every two adjacent sets of sharp nails I. The multiple sharp nails I and the multiple sharp nails II in each set are arranged in the length direction of the roller at intervals, and the sharp nails I and the sharp nails II movably penetrate through the roller wall of the roller. The road ice surface crushing device is simple in structure, and crushed ice can be collected while the road ice surface is crushed; the shifting device is arranged on the front side of the collecting device, so that crushed ice can be prevented from blocking the collecting device.
