The invention discloses a flexible obstacle avoidance swimming pool robot and a reversing method thereof.The flexible obstacle avoidance swimming pool robot comprises a cleaning body, a control panel and a driving structure providing driving force, the cleaning body is provided with a roller assembly, the cleaning body is rotationally provided with a water resistance steering sheet, and when the cleaning body moves, the water resistance steering sheet rotates from a static state to a deflection state due to water resistance; a sensing device is arranged between the water resistance steering sheet and the main body, and the control panel is electrically connected with the sensing device to control the steering of the roller assembly; and a reset structure is arranged between the water resistance steering sheet and the cleaning main body and always has a movement trend for driving the water resistance steering sheet to recover to a static state. The device has the effects of automatically steering after touching obstacles, reducing manual interference and being high in working efficiency.
