Low-carbon environment-friendly method for reducing content of free calcium oxide in fresh tapping steel slag
The invention discloses a low-carbon environment-friendly method for reducing the content of free calcium oxide in fresh discharged steel slag, which comprises the following steps: 1) crushing the fresh discharged steel slag in a jaw crusher to obtain steel slag with various particle size ranges; (2) mixing the steel slag with various particle size ranges according to a set method, and conveying the mixed steel slag to sealed compartments of a plant in batches for stacking; and 3) naturally aging in the sealed compartment for a set time to obtain the steel slag with the free calcium oxide content meeting the set requirement. The steel slag is chemically modified by water vapor and carbon dioxide in air, the content of free calcium oxide is reduced, and the chemical stability of the steel slag is improved.
本发明公开了一种低碳环保型降低新鲜出炉钢渣游离氧化钙含量的方法,包括以下步骤:1)将新鲜出炉的钢渣放入颚式粉碎机中进行破碎,得到多种粒径范围的钢渣;2)将多种粒径范围的钢渣按设定方法进行混合后,分批运送到厂房的密封隔间进行堆放;3)在密封隔间内经过设定时间的自然陈化,即可获得游离氧化钙含量达到设定要求的钢渣。本发明利用空气中的水蒸气和二氧化碳对钢渣进行化学改性,降低其游离氧化钙含量,提高钢渣的化学稳定性。
