Device and method for reducing content of free calcium oxide in steel slag
The device comprises a tank body, a cover and a material receiving groove, a pressure release valve, a safety valve, a pressure gauge and a thermometer are arranged on the upper portion of the tank body, a blow-down valve and a gas supply pipeline are arranged at the bottom of the tank body, and a water supply pipeline is arranged on one side of the tank body. A gas nozzle is arranged in the material receiving groove and is connected with a gas supply pipeline at the bottom of the tank body, high-temperature steel slag is loaded into the material receiving groove, then the material receiving groove filled with the steel slag is fed into the tank body through a track, and finally the tank body is sealed by a cover; water is pumped into the steel slag in the material receiving groove through a water supply device, and meanwhile carbon dioxide gas is introduced; opening a pressure release valve on the tank body, then opening a cover, and conveying the carbonated steel slag to a steel slag processing line for processing. According to the method, CO2 gas is adopted to treat the steel slag, the problem that the content of free calcium oxide in the steel slag treated through an existing steel slag treatment process is high is solved, meanwhile, CO2 is mineralized and fixed through the steel slag, and carbon emission is reduced.
本发明公开了一种降低钢渣中游离氧化钙含量的装置及方法,包括罐体、盖子和受料槽,罐体上部设有泄压阀、安全阀、压力表和温度计,罐体底部设有排污阀和供气管道,在罐体的一侧设有供水管道,受料槽内部设有气体喷嘴与罐体底部供气管道相连,将高温钢渣装入受料槽中,再将装有钢渣的受料槽通过轨道送入罐体中,最后用盖子对罐体进行密封;通过供水装置向受料槽中的钢渣进行打水,同时通入二氧化碳气体;打开罐体上的泄压阀,再打开盖子,将碳酸化处理后钢渣送至钢渣加工线进行加工处理。本发明采用CO2气体对钢渣进行处理,解决了现有钢渣处理工艺处理后钢渣中游离氧化钙较高的问题,同时实现了钢渣对CO2矿化固定,减少碳排放。
