Concrete composition and application thereof in preparation of self-compacting concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses a concrete composition and application thereof in preparation of self-compacting concrete. The concrete composition provided by the invention comprises a material A and a material B, the material A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 350 to 400 parts of cement, 750 to 850 parts of sand, 900 to 950 parts of gravel, 120 to 170 parts of fly ash and 150 to 200 parts of water; the material B comprises locust bean gum; the weight ratio of the locust bean gum to the water is (0.3-1.5): 10; the invention also provides an application of the concrete composition in preparation of self-compacting concrete, and the application comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring the material A to obtain a premix; after the material B is added into the premix, pumping is carried out within 5 min; and the pumping efficiency is controlled to be 70-90 tons/h, and the total single-time pumping amount is controlled to be 12 tons or below. The concrete composition provided by the invention has excellent flowability after being mixed, and has excellent compressive strength after being solidified, so that the concrete composition can meet the use requirements of rail top air ducts with complex structures and more sections.
