Dam spillway guide wall top concrete structure construction method
The invention discloses a construction method for a concrete structure at the top of a dam spillway guide wall. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, a bracket overall formwork structure is constructed; 2, setting a preset assembly; thirdly, a concrete structure formwork at the top of the dam spillway guide wall is erected; 4, pouring concrete at the top of the dam spillway guide wall; fifthly, a concrete structure formwork at the top of the dam spillway guide wall is dismantled; sixthly, the wedge plate is dismantled; seventhly, the bracket overall formwork structure is hoisted and moved; and eighthly, the bracket overall formwork structure is hoisted to the next installation position, the second step to the seventh step are cycled, and layered construction is conducted till the designed elevation is achieved. The bracket formwork and the vertical formwork on the upper portion of the guide wall are of an integral structure, the panel lifting mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the vertical enclosing purlin, lifting of the bracket formwork is achieved by adjusting the insertion length of the wedge plate, an integral formwork lifting structure is adopted, and the formwork is hung and fixed through a preset assembly of lower concrete. In the use process of the bracket formwork, a scaffold supporting formwork does not need to be repeatedly erected, and the construction progress is fast.
本发明公开了一种大坝溢洪道导墙顶部混凝土结构施工方法,包括步骤:一、构建牛腿整体模板结构;二、设置预设组件;三、支设大坝溢洪道导墙顶部混凝土结构模板;四、大坝溢洪道导墙顶部混凝土浇筑;五、拆除大坝溢洪道导墙顶部混凝土结构模板;六、拆除楔子板;七、吊移牛腿整体模板结构;八、吊装牛腿整体模板结构到下一安装位置,循环步骤二至七,分层施工,直至施工至设计高程。本发明牛腿模板与导墙上部直立模板为整体结构,竖向围檩下端设置有面板升降机构,通过调节楔子板的插入长度实现牛腿模板的升降,采用整体模板吊装结构,利用下部混凝土的预设组件进行模板的悬挂固定,牛腿模板使用过程中无需重复搭设脚手架支撑模板,施工进度快。
