Grouting construction method for filling embankment with loose filling materials
The invention relates to the technical field of grouting construction, and discloses a grouting construction method for filling an embankment with loose stone filling materials, which comprises the following construction steps: constructing to form the embankment, drilling a plurality of densified drill holes, enabling the embankment to be provided with an internal area positioned in a range surrounded by the plurality of densified drill holes, and forming peripheral areas on two sides of the embankment; dense cement grout is injected into dense drill holes through dense steel floral tubes, a plurality of peripheral drill holes are drilled in a peripheral area, peripheral steel floral tubes are placed into the peripheral drill holes, primary grouting materials are poured into the bottoms of the peripheral drill holes, and secondary grouting materials are injected into the peripheral area after solidification; a plurality of internal drill holes are drilled in the internal area, and grouting materials are poured into the bottoms of the internal drill holes for the first time; and after solidification, a secondary grouting material is injected into the internal area. An embankment is divided into a plurality of square areas by arranging annular densified drill holes, grouting and laying a fill stratum, grouting is sequentially conducted in a peripheral area and an internal area, it is guaranteed that when grouting is conducted in one internal area, grout does not enter other areas, and the grouting quality is guaranteed.
本发明涉及注浆施工的技术领域,公开了用于松散填石料填筑路堤的注浆施工方法,包括以下施工步骤:施工形成路堤,钻取多个加密钻孔,路堤具有位于多个加密钻孔包围范围之内的内部区,路堤的两侧形成外围区;通过加密钢花管往加密钻孔中注入加密水泥浆液,外围区钻取多个外围钻孔,往外围钻孔中下放外围钢花管,往外围钻孔的底部灌注一次灌浆料,凝固后往外围区中注入二次灌浆料;在内部区钻取多个内部钻孔,往内部钻孔的底部灌注一次灌浆料;凝固后往内部区中注入二次灌浆料。通过设置环形的加密钻孔且注浆以及铺设填土层,将路堤隔离成多个方形区域,依次在外围区、内部区注浆,确保在一个内部区注浆时,浆液不窜入到其它区域,保证了注浆质量。
