The invention relates to a method for preparing ceramsite from anaerobic urban organic solid waste and building spoil, which comprises the following steps: carrying out anaerobic fermentation on the urban organic solid waste, recycling the generated biogas as ceramsite calcining fuel, carrying out solid-liquid separation on a fermentation substrate, and recycling the ceramsite calcining fuel to obtain the ceramsite. The biogas residue is directly used as a raw material without being dried and is mixed with the building spoil which is dried in the solar drying room and then enters the drying kiln to be further dried to prepare ceramsite, and high-temperature flue gas generated by the rotary kiln and waste heat generated in the finished product cooling process are recycled for drying of the building spoil. Compared with the prior art, the performance index of the product meets the national standard GB/T17431.1-2010 Lightweight Aggregate and Test Method thereof, the advantages of the steps of the urban organic solid waste treatment method complement each other, the energy is effectively saved, the urban organic solid waste treatment and disposal and full-amount resource utilization are realized to the maximum extent, and the method has good social and economic benefits.
本发明涉及一种城市有机固废厌氧后与建筑弃土制备陶粒的方法,包括以下步骤:将城市有机固废进行厌氧发酵,产生的沼气作为陶粒煅烧燃料循环利用,发酵底物经固液分离后,沼渣无需干化直接作为原料与在太阳能干化房内干化后再进入烘干窑进一步干化的建筑弃土混合制备陶粒,回转窑产生的高温烟气及成品冷却过程中的余热进行回收利用于建筑弃土的干化。与现有技术相比,本发明产品性能指标符合国标GB/T17431.1‑2010《轻集料及其试验方法》,城市有机固废处理方法各步骤优势互补,有效节约能源的同时,最大限度的实现城市有机固废处理处置与全量资源化利用且具有良好的社会和经济效益。
