The epoxy resin composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-80 parts of polybutadiene epoxy resin; 3-10 parts of a functional polymer; 3-20 parts of a condensing agent; 2-5 parts of an amino compound; 2-10 parts of a stabilizer; 10 to 15 parts of water; the viscosity modifier is subjected to CO2 curing, and the viscosity modifier is water-soluble. The water-soluble viscosity modifier is prepared through chemical reaction of polybutadiene epoxy resin and an auxiliary agent under the action of water serving as a solvent, and in the preparation process of CO2 curing recycled concrete, the viscosity modifier is subjected to carbonization reaction with CO2, can permeate into concrete pores and react with cement colloid and the surface of aggregate, so that the viscosity of the recycled concrete is improved. Therefore, the solubility of the viscosity modifier is further improved, and the stability of the polymer is improved. The cohesiveness between the cement paste and the recycled aggregate is enhanced, and cracks are reduced.
