Sectional construction method for installation of steel structure arch frame
The invention provides a segmented construction method for mounting a steel structure arch frame. The segmented construction method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing a drilling pile foundation, a detail bearing platform and a pier body; 2) erecting an arch bar assembly bracket on the bridge floor; (3) hoisting a main arch section from arch feet at two ends to one side of a middle arch crown; (4) symmetrically dismantling the arch slab assembly brackets from the arch center to arch feet at the two ends, and synchronously and sequentially installing tensioning slings between the arch surface and the bridge surface; 5, after arch face coating is completed, the coating thickness is detected.By means of the method and the related structure, the problems that in the prior art, the installation alignment precision of the steel arch is difficult to control, and the installation efficiency is low are solved.
本发明提供一种钢结构拱架安装分段施工方法,包括以下步骤:1)钻孔桩基础、细部承台及墩身施工;2)在桥面搭设拱板拼装支架;3)从两端拱脚向中部拱顶一侧吊装主拱节段;4)由拱中向两端拱脚方向对称拆除拱板拼装支架,并同步依次进行拱面与桥面间的张拉吊索安装;5)完成拱面涂装后进行涂层厚度检测。本发明通过采用上述方法及相关结构,解决了现有技术中,钢拱架安装对准精度难以控制、安装效率低的问题。
