The invention discloses a double-hole reinforced concrete box arch frame installation and construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a temporary support is erected, an arch frame is assembled, a rotary disc is installed on a middle arch seat, namely a number arch seat, a vertical rotation support and a first-time vertical rotation buckle cable are installed, and first-time vertical rotation construction is carried out; s2, after the first-time vertical rotation construction is completed, a plurality of second-time vertical rotation buckle cables are adopted to be connected with the arch frame, second-time vertical rotation construction is conducted, and the arch frame is vertically rotated to the designed elevation position; s3, the rotating disc is rotated, the arch frame horizontally rotates along with the rotating disc, and rotation is stopped after the whole rotating disc rotates to the designed axis; s4, splicing and folding the rest arch frame on the right side; and S5, adopting the same method in the step S4 to assemble the rest arch frame on the left side. The high-altitude splicing and welding workload is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and construction is simplified. The assembling and welding efficiency of the on-site arch frame is improved, the welding quality is convenient to control, the direct using amount of assembling is small, the requirement for hoisting equipment is reduced, and the safety risk of construction is reduced to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了双孔钢筋混凝土箱型拱拱架安装施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、搭设临时支架,拼装拱架,在中间拱座即号拱座处安装转盘,安装竖转支架及第一次竖转扣索,进行第一次竖转施工。S2、第一次竖转施工完成后,采用多根第二次竖转扣索连接拱架,进行第二次竖转施工,将拱架竖转到设计标高位置;S3、转动转盘,拱架随之平转,整体转动至设计轴线后停止转动;S4、右侧剩余部分拱架拼装合拢;S5、采用步骤S4同样的方法对左侧剩余部分拱架进行拼装。本发明减少了高空拼装、焊接工作量,缩短了工期,简化了施工。提高了现场拱架的拼装、焊接效率、便于焊接质量的控制、拼装直接用量少也降低了对起重设备的要求,并最大限度地降低施工的安全风险。
