Dismantling method for offshore wind power steel pipe pile
The invention discloses a dismantling method for an offshore wind power steel pipe pile. The dismantling method comprises the following steps that firstly, a ship engine enters a point for anchoring; secondly, two temporary lifting lugs are installed on the pile top flange; thirdly, an inner platform plate in the steel pipe pile is dismantled; fourthly, mud is sucked in the pile; fifthly, the pile cutting device is placed; 6, hanging and buckling the steel pipe piles; seventhly, the pile cutting device is lowered to the pile cutting position and stably positioned; 8, pile cutting operation is conducted; ninthly, the pile cutting device is lifted to the pile top and stably positioned; tenthly, the cut steel pipe piles are hoisted; eleventhly, tailing of the cut steel pipe pile is conducted; twelfthly, the cut steel pipe piles are subjected to barge falling; (13) the pile cutting device is pulled out from the interior of the cut steel pipe pile; and step 14, withdrawing the ship engine. According to the dismantling method, various risks confronted by manual underwater pile cutting operation are avoided, and therefore the dismantling efficiency of the waste offshore wind power steel pipe pile is greatly improved.
