The invention discloses an underwater robot suitable for offshore steel pile dismantling operation. The underwater robot comprises a mechanical body and an operation module arranged on the mechanical body. The mechanical body comprises a base, rocker arms are rotationally connected to the two ends of the base, arc-shaped guide rails are arranged on the base and the rocker arms, and racks are installed on the guide rails. The operation module comprises a sliding seat slidably mounted on the guide rail, a walking motor is arranged on the sliding seat and connected with a gear meshed with the rack, a support is rotatably connected to the top end of the sliding seat, and a cutting blade and a cutting motor used for driving the cutting blade to rotate are arranged at the tail end of the support. The support and the base are provided with self-adaptive oil cylinders used for driving the support to rotate. The underwater steel pile cutting and dismantling device has the advantages that the underwater steel pile can be cut instead of manual work, the underwater steel pile can be dismantled, and the operation risk of workers is reduced.
