The mass ratio of the fly ash to the metakaolin is 3: 2; the dosages of the liquid sodium silicate, the sodium hydroxide, the short carbon fiber, the water, the simethicone and the organic silicon coupling agent are respectively 76.50%, 14.00%, 0.25%-2.00%, 0.30%-11.60%, 2.00%-8.00% and 1.00% of the total mass of the coal ash and the metakaolin; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing fly ash, metakaolin and chopped carbon fibers, then adding an aqueous solution formed by mixing liquid sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide, simethicone and an organic silicon coupling agent, stirring to form uniform slurry, and carrying out injection molding, molding and curing to obtain the conductive geopolymer which is excellent in mechanical property, high in hydrophobicity and conductivity, good in mechanical property and high in conductivity.
