The invention provides an offshore multi-layer pouring mass concrete cooling liquid seawater circulation cooling system and a control method. The offshore multi-layer pouring mass concrete cooling liquid seawater circulation cooling system comprises a concrete cooling system, a cooling liquid cooling system and an intelligent control system. The double-water-tank circulating pipeline is adopted, cooling liquid in the cooling pipe is heated after absorbing hydration heat released by offshore multi-layer pouring mass concrete, enters the second closed water tank to be stored, then enters the cooling liquid cooling pipe to be subjected to seawater cooling, and enters the first closed water tank to be used for cooling the concrete after reaching a certain temperature; the whole circulation process does not need refrigeration cooling and has no cooling liquid loss. The concrete and cooling liquid temperature and the water level of the water tank are monitored in real time through the temperature sensor and the water level sensor, the data processor analyzes collected temperature and water level data and wirelessly adjusts the electric flow control valve, the electric three-way shunt valve and the wireless remote control switch, and accurate intelligent control over the concrete cooling process is achieved.
本发明提供一种海上多层浇筑大体积混凝土冷却液海水循环降温系统及控制方法,包括混凝土冷却系统、冷却液降温系统、智能控制系统。本发明采用双水箱循环管道,冷却管中的冷却液吸收海上多层浇筑大体积混凝土释放的水化热之后温度升高,进入第二密闭水箱储存后再进入冷却液降温管进行海水降温,达到一定温度后进入第一密闭水箱以备混凝土冷却使用,整个循环过程不需要制冷降温且没有冷却液损失。本发明通过温度传感器和水位传感器对混凝土和冷却液温度和水箱水位实时监控,数据处理器对采集的温度和水位数据分析并无线调节电动流量控制阀、电动三通分水阀和无线遥控开关,实现了对混凝土冷却过程的精确智能控制。
