Tundish cover castable and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of steel smelting, and provides a tundish cover castable and a preparation method thereof.The tundish cover castable is prepared from 40-70% of aluminum ash, 3-5% of forsterite powder, 3-5% of calcined flint clay powder, 4-6% of potassium feldspar powder, 0-10% of water, 1-3% of sodium hydroxide, 0.1-0.5% of hydrochloric acid, 0.3-1% of carboxymethyl cellulose, 3-5% of scrap iron, 5-7% of coke powder and 4-8% of synthetic mullite grains. The concrete comprises, by weight, 0.5-1% of sodium polyphosphate, 2-3% of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 1-2% of silicon carbide and 10-20% of aluminate cement. The aluminum ash is used as a main raw material, so that the production cost of an enterprise is reduced, the aluminum ash which is originally used as a harmful waste is recycled, and certain environmental protection significance is achieved; the pouring material is prepared by mixing the treated aluminum powder with various auxiliary materials, and due to different thermodynamic characteristics of different raw materials, the pouring material has complex structural layers in the high-temperature use process, the heat conductivity coefficient of the pouring material is reduced, and the surface temperature of the tundish cover can be effectively reduced.
本发明涉及钢铁冶炼领域,提供一种中间包包盖浇注料及其制备方法,原料及其含量为:铝灰40‑70%,镁橄榄石粉3‑5%,熟焦宝石粉3‑5%,钾长石粉4‑6%,水0‑10%,氢氧化钠1‑3%,盐酸0.1‑0.5%,羧甲基纤维素0.3‑1%,铁屑3‑5%,焦炭粉5‑7%,合成莫来石晶粒4‑8%,聚磷酸钠0.5‑1%,磷酸二氢铝2‑3%,碳化硅1‑2%,铝酸盐水泥10‑20%;通过使用铝灰作为主要原料,不但降低了企业的生产成本,还将原本作为有害废弃物的铝灰回收利用,具有一定的环保意义;本发明由处理后的铝粉搭配多种辅料混合制成,由于不同原料之间的热力学特性不同,使浇筑料在高温使用过程中具有复杂的结构层次,降低了浇注料的导热系数,够有效降低中包盖表面温度。
