The present invention discloses a ceramsite enhanced low crack tendency aerated building block which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-14 parts of phosphate ore slag, 30-50 parts of ceramsite, 15-30 parts of fly ash, 10-15 parts of quick lime, 16-22 parts of cement, 0.3-0.5 part of aluminum powder, 2-4 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 2-4 parts of gypsum powder, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium lignosulphonate, 1-3 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 2-4 parts of carbon black, 15-20 parts of absolute ethanol, and proper amount of water; the added sintered ceramsite is light in weight, good in heat preservation and heat insulation performance, small in dry shrink, and excellent in moistureproof performance, the process solves the problems of being fragile and light and uneven in distribution of the ceramsite in slurry in processing process, the added phosphate ore slag solves the problems of environmental pollution, increases strength and density of the building block, the building block is small in dry shrink, good in heat resistance, and low in crack tendency, and prolongs the service life of buildings.
