The invention discloses an asymmetric supporting structure based on prestressed steel reinforced concrete and a construction method thereof.Two layers of supports are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of a fender post adjacent to an existing building structure, and the two layers of supports on each side of the fender post are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the fender post; the two layers of supports on the outer side of the fender post are arranged between the two layers of supports on the inner side of the fender post, the multiple supporting bodies on the outer side of the fender post and the multiple supporting bodies on the inner side of the fender post are alternately arranged, and the supporting bodies on the inner side and the outer side of the fender post are arranged in the same direction. A plurality of inclined struts are connected between the upper portion of the stress purline of the upper-layer support and the fender post, and a plurality of inclined struts are connected between the lower portion of the stress purline of the lower-layer support and the fender post, so that an asymmetric supporting structure is formed, deformation of the deep foundation pit is well controlled, and safety of surrounding buildings, roads and underground pipeline engineering is protected. The problem that in the construction process of an existing deep foundation pit adjacent to an existing building structure, a maintenance structure is prone to deformation is solved.
