The invention discloses a silt and fine sand layer geological foundation pit dewatering and supporting construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, arranging a plurality of tube wells with the depth greater than the bottom elevation of a foundation pit at a proper position of the foundation pit, starting dewatering, stopping excavation when encountering a silt layer or a fine sand layer, arranging a first layer of light well points, and continuously excavating earthwork after the water level in the foundation pit drops basically and stably; arranging a second layer of light well points, continuing to excavate earthwork after the water level drops to the required depth, arranging a brick water retaining and temporary guardrail at each light well point, arranging a steel plate support pile at the periphery of the main body structure at the bottom of the foundation pit, and arranging a water collecting tank between the steel plate support pile and the bottom opening line of the foundation pit, and rainfall of all the light well points is converged into a water collecting tank through a water collecting pipe. According to the method, water can be drained in time, and the dewatering and supporting problems of the foundation pit with the depth larger than 10 m and rich underground water are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种粉土细砂层地质基坑降水及支护施工方法,先在基坑合适位置布置若干口深度大于基坑底标高的管井并开始降水,遇到粉土层或细砂层时停止开挖,布置第一层轻型井点,待基坑内水位下降基本稳定后继续开挖土方,布置第二层轻型井点,待水位降至要求的深度后继续开挖土方,在每处轻型井点设置砖砌挡水和临时护栏,在基坑底上主体结构外围设置钢板支护桩,在钢板支护桩与基坑底口线之间设置集水槽,将所有轻型井点的降水通过汇水管统一汇入集水槽。本方法可以将水及时排出,有效解决深度超过10米以上且地下水丰富基坑降水及支护问题。
