Method for connecting ballastless track steel beam top plate and concrete bridge floor
The invention relates to a method for connecting a ballastless track steel beam top plate and a concrete bridge deck, which comprises the following steps of: breaking and parting a concrete bridge deck in a certain range along the bridge direction to form an independent bridge deck, and dividing the independent bridge deck into a fixed area, a transition area and a movable area; wherein strong connection is formed between the concrete bridge deck and the steel beam top plate in the fixed area, weak connection is formed between the concrete bridge deck and the steel beam top plate in the transition area, and the weak connection refers to connection allowing small deformation between the concrete bridge deck and the steel beam top plate; and filling connection is formed between the concrete bridge deck and the steel beam top plate in the moving area, and the filling connection means that large horizontal deformation is allowed to occur between the concrete bridge deck and the steel beam top plate. The method has the advantages that the whole bridge deck slab can be prefabricated, the construction period is guaranteed, the stress of the concrete bridge deck slab in the bridge direction is released, concrete cracking is reduced, follow-up maintenance work is relieved, the bridge deck slab is constructed in a blocking mode, construction is convenient and fast, and dependence on large machines is small.
