The invention provides an overhanging type stair formwork system and a construction method thereof, and solves the problems that after an overhanging type stair is constructed, the bonding strength of a concrete surface layer at the connecting position of the stair and an overhanging plate cannot achieve the bonding strength effect of the concrete surface layer obtained through integrated pouring, and improvement still needs to be conducted. The overhanging type stair formwork comprises a plurality of overhanging type stair formwork units which can be mutually spliced up and down, and each overhanging type stair formwork unit comprises an overhanging plate formwork and a stair formwork obliquely arranged at the top of the overhanging plate formwork. When the construction method is adopted for construction of the overhanging type staircase, the trouble of circularly building and dismantling a steel pipe scaffold can be avoided, and the staircase and the overhanging plate of the overhanging type staircase among a plurality of layers can be integrally poured and formed during pouring; the problem that the construction time is interrupted to a certain extent during pouring construction of stairs of multiple floors is solved, the construction time is saved, and the strength of the combination between the formed stairs and the cantilever plate is better.
本发明提供了悬挑式楼梯模板体系及其施工方法,解决了悬挑式楼梯施工后,楼梯与悬挑板的连接处的混凝土面层结合强度不能达到一体式浇筑所能够获得的混凝土面层的结合强度效果,仍需进行改进的问题。本发明包括多个能够相互上下拼接的悬挑式楼梯模板单元,悬挑式楼梯模板单元包括悬挑板模板和倾斜设在悬挑板模板顶部的楼梯模板。采用本发明进行悬挑式楼梯施工是,不仅能够避免循环搭建、拆除钢管脚手架的麻烦,而且在浇筑时,多个层间的悬挑式楼梯的楼梯和悬挑板能够进行一体浇筑成型,解决了多层楼层的楼梯浇筑施工时所存在的施工时间存在一定的间断的问题,不仅节约了施工时间,而且成型后的楼梯和悬挑板之间的结合出强度更好。
