Boron nitride is added into silicon nitride, so that the overall hardness and wear resistance of the silicon nitride composite material can be remarkably improved; the binding agent is added into the silicon nitride, so that the binding effect can be enhanced, and various mechanical properties of the material are improved; the sintering aid is added, and a liquid phase can be provided in the sintering process, so that sintering is accelerated, and the sintering effect is improved. Compared with a traditional sintering process, through SPS plasma sintering or HPHT high-temperature and high-pressure sintering, the compactness and the mechanical property of the silicon nitride composite material can be remarkably improved while the sintering rate is increased.
