The invention relates to a concrete air duct construction method. The method comprises the following steps that a first supporting frame body is erected, and a first keel is installed; a first formwork set is arranged on the first keel, and after a first steel reinforcement framework is arranged in the first formwork set, concrete pouring is conducted to form a lower-layer hanging plate; a second formwork set is arranged on the upper left side of the lower-layer hanging plate, and a second steel reinforcement framework is arranged in the second formwork set; a third formwork set is arranged on the upper right side of the lower-layer hanging plate, and a third steel reinforcement framework is arranged in the third formwork set; a second supporting frame body and a third supporting frame body are erected, and a second keel is installed; a fourth formwork set is arranged on the second keel, and a fourth steel reinforcement framework is arranged in the fourth formwork set; concrete is poured into the second formwork set, the third formwork set and the fourth formwork set to correspondingly form a left side wall, a right side wall and an upper layer structural plate; and removing the template group, the keel and the support frame body. The method has the advantages of being simple in process, high in construction efficiency, safe, reliable and high in practicability.
