The invention provides a green building outer wall construction process, and relates to the field of building wallboard construction processes. A long-strip-shaped fixing column is tightly attached to the surface of the outer wall to be fixed, the two connecting blocks are fixedly installed at the upper end and the lower end of the vertical side face of the heat insulation wall plate correspondingly, so that a notch is formed in the side face of the heat insulation wall plate, and the vertical side face and the installation face, used for being tightly attached to the surface of the outer wall, of the fixing column are adjacent to each other and intersect at a right angle; the heat insulation wall plate is moved to be close to the fixing column fixedly installed on the surface of the outer wall, the fixing column can be exactly embedded into the notch and matched with the notch, and a rectangular plate-shaped structure is formed by the fixing column and the heat insulation wall plate; and a fastening part in the fixing column is rotated, so that a limiting column extends out of each of the two ends of the fixing column to be inserted into the corresponding connecting block, and when the limiting columns are inserted to the limit, the fixing column and the notch are fixedly embedded and installed. By means of the construction technology, the wallboard can be fixedly installed rapidly and reliably, and lossless disassembly and recovery are easy to achieve.
