The driving assembly comprises a follow-up middle shaft, a gear shifting device and a first driving assembly; the driving assembly further comprises a second driving assembly. According to the scheme, the insulator fixing device is fixed on a cross arm through the U-shaped seat, and the angle adjustment function is achieved through the torsion assembly and the torsion shell. And fast and slow dual-mode adjustment of the angle of the insulator can be realized through the driving assembly.
