The invention relates to a power distribution substation structure suitable for a small-section pipe gallery and a construction method thereof.The power distribution substation structure comprises a two-layer building with side walls arranged on the periphery and a big-end-up interior, the lower layer is the small-section pipe gallery internally laid with municipal public pipelines, and the upper layer is a large-section power distribution substation equipment room; a plurality of reinforcement partition walls used for supporting are arranged below the distribution substation equipment room and on one side of the pipe gallery, and plain concrete is filled between the reinforcement partition walls. In a traditional comprehensive pipe gallery power distribution substation structure, the width of a two-layer structure power distribution substation is the same as that of a lower standard cabin, compared with a lower small-section pipe gallery, the section of an upper power distribution substation is relatively large, and the exceeding part is supported on the lower portion in a reinforcement partition wall mode, so that the overall using function of the power distribution substation is met, and meanwhile the overall using function of the power distribution substation is achieved. The stability of the overall structure of the pipe gallery is effectively improved, the overall service life of the structure is prolonged, and meanwhile the overall use requirement of the pipe gallery is met.
