And the displacement mechanism comprises a plurality of groups of deflection plates which are distributed in a staggered mode, a vibration absorption mechanism is installed at the end, away from the fixing mechanism, of the cylinder, and the output end of the vibration absorption mechanism is connected with the vibration reduction mechanism. According to the vibration absorption device, a part of vibration energy can be transmitted into liquid in the cylinder, so that the output power of the vibration absorption mechanism is reduced, the effect of reducing energy consumption is achieved, and the device can be conveniently disassembled and overhauled by arranging a plug pin and a clamping ring.
本发明公开了一种用于波磨钢轨的动力吸振器,包括固定机构,固定机构包括有插销,固定机构一端安装有减振机构,且减振机构一端滑动插设入固定机构,减振机构包括有圆筒,圆筒内部中端滑动设有活塞,圆筒内部滑动设有置换机构,置换机构包括有若干个组错位分布的偏转板,圆筒远离固定机构的一端安装有吸振机构,且吸振机构输出端与减振机构连接,本发明通过设置置换孔和错位分布的若干组偏转板,使移动柱在将振动传递至移动盘和活塞时,能够将一部分振动能量传递至圆筒内部的液体内,从而减小吸振机构的输出功率,达到降低能耗的效果,且通过设置插销和卡环,使装置能够便于拆卸检修。
