Steel rail dynamic vibration absorber and application thereof
A steel rail dynamic vibration absorber comprises an assembly type phononic crystal structure, the assembly type phononic crystal structure is composed of a plurality of assembly type elements, and phononic crystal units are distributed and arranged in a base body structure of each assembly type element to form a phononic crystal periodic structure. The matrix structure forms a framework foundation in which phononic crystal units are distributed and arranged, and the phononic crystal periodic structure absorbs vibration and noise of a certain frequency band by utilizing band gap characteristics of the phononic crystal periodic structure. The steel rail vibration absorber generates a band gap in a frequency band range of 50-3000Hz, and can cover main frequencies of various vibrations, so that the vibration of the steel rail is quickly attenuated. The mounting or dismounting efficiency of the vibration absorber can be improved, and the vibration and noise reduction effect is adjusted bychanging the parameters of the periodic structure; and the vibration and noise reduction effects are enhanced by utilizing the band gap characteristic of the phononic crystal structure. The method canbe widely applied to ballasted and ballastless track lines of urban rail transit, high-speed railways, heavy haul railways, common railways and intercity railways.
