The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, putting the aluminoferrite cement, the steel slag powder, the viscosity-reducing modified material, 60% of a water reducing agent, fine aggregate and 70% of water into a stirrer according to a formula ratio, and rapidly stirring at a linear speed of 4-6m/s for 80-90s to prepare aluminoferrite cement mortar; 40% of the water reducing agent, 30% of water and the coarse aggregate are put into a stirrer according to the formula ratio, stirring is conducted for 50-60 s at the uniform linear speed of 1-3 m/s, and the low-viscosity and high-durability aluminoferrite cement concrete is prepared. According to the concrete disclosed by the invention, the problem of high viscosity of the concrete is solved, the erosion resistance of the cement is improved, the phenomena of discontinuous air entraining, time-dependent fracture and later bleeding and sinking of the concrete are avoided, and the durability of the concrete is improved.
