The invention discloses a polymer repair mortar for marine concrete and a preparation method thereof, the polymer repair mortar comprises a dry-mixed mortar material and a composite modified polymer, the dry-mixed mortar material comprises 525 cement, an expanding agent, high-activity metakaolin, sand, a water reducing agent, an antifoaming agent, latex powder and modified polypropylene fiber; the composite modified polymer comprises waterborne epoxy resin, graphene, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and amide modified hydrogenated castor oil. During preparation, the dry-mixed mortar and the composite modified polymer are uniformly mixed. According to the polymer repairing mortar disclosed by the invention, the impermeability and impact resistance of repaired marine concrete are improved, and a compact waterproof protective film can be formed on the surface of the mortar by the composite modified polymer, so that the influence caused by dry-wet cycle of the sea, chloride ion corrosion, impact of sea waves and the like is effectively reduced; in addition, the bonding performance between the repairing mortar and a maritime work concrete matrix is further improved.
本发明公开了一种海工混凝土用聚合物修补砂浆及其制备方法，包括干粉砂浆料和复合改性聚合物，其中，干粉砂浆料包括525水泥、膨胀剂、高活性偏高岭土、砂、减水剂、消泡剂、乳胶粉及改性聚丙烯纤维；复合改性聚合物包括水性环氧树脂、石墨烯、羟甲基纤维素钠及酰胺改性氢化蓖麻油。制备时将干粉砂浆和复合改性聚合物混合均匀即可。本发明的聚合物修补砂浆不仅提高了修补后的海工混凝土的抗渗、抗冲击性能，且复合改性聚合物能够在砂浆表面形成一张致密防水的保护膜，有效降低了海洋的干湿循环、氯离子腐蚀以及海浪的冲击等造成的影响；此外，进一步提高了修补砂浆与海工混凝土基体之间的粘结性能。
