Anti-aging polymer repair mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses anti-aging polymer repair mortar and a preparation method thereof. The anti-aging polymer repair mortar is prepared from 10 to 20 parts of Portland cement, 20 to 40 parts of quartz sand, 2 to 4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol resin emulsion, 2 to 4 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 0.05 to 0.5 part of cross-linking agent, 1 to 2 parts of inorganic nano particle powder, 1 to 2 parts of graphite, 0.05 to 0.1 part of water reducing agent and 15 to 30 parts of water. An emulsion blending method is utilized, and PVA and PU are subjected to a cross-linking reaction through sufficient stirring to form an interpenetrating network structure. In the structure, the two polymers are interwoven and permeated with each other to form a stable network system. The PVA and the PU complement each other and have a synergistic effect while maintaining respective performance, so that the overall performance of the polymer repair mortar is improved.
