The invention provides a grouting material with controllable curing time as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the grouting material is characterized by comprising powder, a curing agent and a binder, the mass ratio of the powder to the curing agent to the binder is (58-80): (20-42): (0.01-8), the powder comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0-30 parts of high aluminum powder, 1-35 parts of flint clay, 1-75 parts of fly ash, 0-8 parts of calcined kaolin and 0.5-2 parts of borax, and the curing agent is a mixture of the powder and the binder. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8 to 15 parts of silicon carbide, 0.1 to 1.2 parts of lithium oxide, 8 to 15 parts of cement, 8 to 15 parts of silica powder, 0.01 to 1.5 parts of water reducing agent, 0.1 to 2 parts of explosion-proof fiber and 0.01 to 0.08 part of bleeding agent. According to the grouting material disclosed by the invention, the initial setting time of the grouting material can be adjusted within 0.5-48 hours according to construction requirements, and the grouting material enters final setting within 3-168 hours.
