The invention provides an abnormality determination apparatus, an abnormality determination method, and a computer readable storage medium. An abnormality determination device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a vibration acquisition unit that acquires vibration information indicating vibration generated when a door leaf of a door device that opens and closes an entrance of a railway vehicle opens and closes; a determination unit that determines the presence or absence of an abnormality in the door device by comparing the vibration indicated by the acquired vibration information with a predetermined vibration reference value; a movement acquisition unit that acquires movement information indicating an elapsed time from the start of operation of the door device to a specific time point at which the determination unit determines that the abnormality has occurred, or an amount of movement of the door leaf; and a specifying unit that specifies, using the movement information, a component associated with the operation of the door device at the specific point in time among a plurality of components constituting the door device.
