ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION DEVICE, ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION METHOD AND PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, when trouble occurs in a changeover portion of a track, information for grasping the occurrence place of the trouble.SOLUTION: A branching device comprises a drive device outputting conversion force for changing the direction of branching rails which are provided to be variable in direction, and a rod transmitting the conversion force from the drive device to the branching rails. An abnormality determination device for determining existence or nonexistence of abnormality concerning the branching device comprises: a conversion force measurement part measuring the conversion force output by the drive device, a voltage measurement part measuring a voltage supplied to the drive device; a current measurement part measuring a current flowing in the drive device; and an abnormality determination part, on the basis of the magnitude of the conversion force, the magnitude of the voltage and the magnitude of the current, determining existence or nonexistence of abnormality while isolating abnormality in the branching rails, abnormality in the drive device and abnormality of electric power supplied to the drive device from one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
