ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION DEVICE, DATA TRANSMISSION DEVICE, AND ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not an abnormality is occurring in a rail without using a track circuit and without performing peak frequency analysis.SOLUTION: An acquisition part 111 acquires a signal according to a power generation amount measured by a power generator 2 from a terminal 12. A calculation part 113 specifies the number of axle passages by analyzing a change in the power generation amount acquired by the acquisition part 111 to detect a peak of the power generation amount, and calculating the number of detected peaks. An integration part 112 integrates the power generation amount acquired by the acquisition part 111 over a period until the number of axle passages reaches a prescribed number. A determination part 114 determines whether or not there is an abnormality in a rail 3 based on an integrated value transmitted by the integration part 112.
