Anti-cracking, anti-freezing and wear-resistant layer for bridge pavement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-crack anti-freezing wear-resistant layer for bridge pavement. The anti-crack anti-freezing wear-resistant layer is prepared from basalt fibers, anti-freezing microcapsules, aggregate, mineral powder, asphalt and cement. The anti-freezing microcapsule is prepared by taking ethyl cellulose powder and graphene oxide as wall materials and taking N-vinyl pyrrolidone as a core material. According to the anti-cracking, anti-freezing and wear-resistant layer for bridge pavement disclosed by the invention, the basalt fibers are used for improving the toughness of the pavement layer, and the basalt fibers and the anti-freezing microcapsules are used for improving the low-temperature anti-cracking property of a mixture. The anti-freezing microcapsule can be heated by microwaves to remove ice, and the N-vinyl pyrrolidone of the capsule core is exposed and can expand in volume when meeting water to block the crack, so that the anti-cracking and anti-permeability performances are further improved.
