Secondary construction method for overhanging structure of super high-rise building under working condition of lifting scaffold
The invention relates to a secondary construction method for an overhanging structure of a super high-rise building under the working condition of a lifting scaffold. The secondary construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, when a lifter and the lifting scaffold are arranged, overhanging main beam steel bars are avoided; secondly, I-shaped steel cantilever construction is conducted on the cantilever structure, and cantilever I-shaped steel is tensioned through a steel wire rope; thirdly, a formwork supporting system is erected on the upper portion of the out-of-cantilever I-shaped steel; and fourthly, reinforcing steel bar binding and concrete pouring are conducted on the formwork supporting system. The supporting system is clear in stress, high in construction safety and more reliable in structural quality.
本发明涉及一种升降脚手架工况下的超高层建筑悬挑结构二次施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:升降机及升降脚手架布置时避开悬挑主梁钢筋;步骤二:在悬挑结构处,进行工字钢出挑施工,并用钢丝绳拉紧出挑工字钢;步骤三:在出挑工字钢上部搭设模板支撑系统;步骤四:对模板支撑系统进行钢筋绑扎和混凝土浇筑。本发明支撑体系受力明确,施工安全性高,结构质量更可靠。
