The invention discloses a self-compacting ultrahigh-strength concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The self-compacting ultrahigh-strength concrete material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 250 to 350 parts of cement, 250 to 400 parts of mineral admixture, 900 to 1200 parts of coarse aggregate, 630 to 720 parts of fine aggregate, 130 to 170 parts of water, 8 to 20 parts of water reducing agent, 0 to 3 parts of defoaming agent and 5 to 85 parts of modified steel fiber. Wherein the surface of the modified steel fiber is a hydrophobic/hydrophilic coexisting functional coating which is partially coated with a PDA/PVF coating and the rest of the modified steel fiber is coated with a PDA/serine coating. The expansion degree of the self-compacting ultrahigh-strength concrete is larger than 650 mm, the T500 time is 5-10 seconds, and the compressive strength reaches 100 MPa or above after 28 days of standard curing.
本发明公开了一种自密实超高强混凝土材料及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:水泥250~350份,矿物掺合料250~400份,粗骨料900~1200份,细骨料630~720份,水130~170,减水剂8~20份,消泡剂0~3份,改性钢纤维5~85份。其中所述改性钢纤维的表面为部分涂覆PDA/PVF涂层和其余部分涂敷PDA/丝氨酸涂层的疏/亲水共存的功能涂层。本发明提供的自密实超高强混凝土扩展度大于650mm,T500时间5‑10秒,且在标准养护28d后抗压强度达到100MPa以上。
