The invention discloses high-strength ultrahigh-pumping self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength ultrahigh-pumping self-compacting concrete comprises the following raw materials: 380-420 kg/m<3> of composite cement, 180-220 kg/m<3> of an enhanced composite admixture, 640-680 kg/m<3> of grading machine-made sand, 920-960 kg/m<3> of gravel, 10-14 kg/m<3> of a high-efficiency water reducing agent, 1-5 kg/m<3> of a slow release agent, 20-30 kg/m<3> of a reinforcing agent and 4-7 kg/m<3> of a compacting and stabilizing component, wherein the water cement ratio is controlled in a range of 0.24-0.26. According to the invention, the ultrahigh pumping of the concrete can be realized, the high-workability concrete is not layered, not bleeding and not segregated, the concrete still has self-compacting performance after pumping, and the stable development of strength is ensured.
