The invention relates to a vehicle door handle assembly (1) comprising a bowl (10) arranged in an opening of a door panel, said bowl (10) having a recess inside which an electrically operated door latch switch is arranged, said bowl (10) comprising two complementary plastic parts (12, 14) each obtained in a separate molding process, the two complementary plastic parts are, on the one hand, a lower bowl (12) shaped like an elbow and designed to be fastened to a door panel, and, on the other hand, a concave upper bowl (14) configured to be assembled to the lower bowl (12) such that the upper bowl (14) forms a concave receiving wall, the concave receiving wall serves as an abutment when the fingertip of the user is inserted into the recess of the bowl (10).
