The high-barrier composite TPU vehicle film comprises a first base material layer, a second base material layer, a double-silver magnetic control layer and a third base material layer which are sequentially stacked, the double-silver magnetic control layer comprises a first high-refractive-index layer, a first metal oxide layer, a first silver layer, a first barrier layer, a second high-refractive-index layer, a second metal oxide layer, a second silver layer, a second barrier layer and a third high-refractive-index layer. The high-barrier composite TPU vehicle film is thin in thickness and transparent in color, the solar barrier rate to infrared rays of 1400 nm is larger than or equal to 97%, and the solar barrier rate to ultraviolet rays of 365 nm is larger than or equal to 99.5%; the metal material has good flexibility and contractibility, the preparation method is simple, the firmness and oxidation resistance of the metal material sputtered on the surface of a base material can be effectively controlled, and the appearance and the heat insulation effect are not affected by any stretching or bending.
