A first post-cast composite column and a second post-cast composite column are arranged on the two opposite sides of the middle steel bar structure assembly adjacent to the additional steel bar mesh respectively, and a first non-dismantling formwork and a second non-dismantling formwork are arranged on the additional steel bar mesh respectively; the two ends of the first non-dismantling formwork and the two ends of the second non-dismantling formwork are connected with the two ends of the first composite column and the two ends of the second composite column correspondingly, high industrialization and high integration are achieved, and the problems that in the prior art, a frame column is heavy in weight, complex in technology, high in cost and poor in overall stress performance can be solved.
