The positioning device comprises a bottom plate allowing a pipe to pass through and two positioning locking mechanisms which are driven by a translation driving mechanism to translate left and right on the bottom plate; the positioning and locking mechanism comprises a support and two locking columns which are vertically arranged and spaced front and back. The two locking columns are connected to the support in a sliding mode and can horizontally move in the front-back direction, and the column faces of the locking columns can be tightly attached to the side faces of the pipe piles so as to lock the pipe piles. The device has the beneficial effects that the device can be matched with pipe piles of any caliber specification, the application range is widened, and the structure is relatively simple.
