Pile feeding construction method for tubular pile with closed pile core
The invention relates to the technical field of tubular piles, and discloses a pile core closed tubular pile conveying construction method, which comprises the following construction steps that (1) a tubular pile is constructed downwards in a soil layer, and a pile core is arranged in the tubular pile; the bottom of the tubular pile is embedded into a soil body, and the top of the tubular pile is exposed above the ground; (2) a pile plug device is embedded in the upper portion of the pile core, the pile plug device seals the pile core, and an interval section is arranged between the pile plug device and the top of the tubular pile; (3) a pile feeder is installed at the top of the pipe pile, the pile feeder drives the pipe pile downwards till the top of the pipe pile is embedded into a set position in the soil body, an empty pile section is formed above the pipe pile, and the empty pile section upwards penetrates to the ground; and (4) the pile feeder is dismantled, the empty pile section is filled with backfill soil, a backfill section is formed, and the backfill section abuts against the pile stopper from top to bottom. In this way, the pile core is sealed through the pile plug device, and the situation that after the pile feeder is detached, the pile core is filled with soil or cement paste, and consequently a reinforcement cage and core filling concrete cannot be constructed in the later period is avoided.
