The invention discloses a prefabricated open caisson underground space underground excavation construction method based on a PBA method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a vertical shaft 1, a transverse channel 2 and a small pilot tunnel 3 are constructed; s2, supporting piles 4, top beams 5 and station top longitudinal beams 6 are constructed in the small pilot tunnels 3; s3, primary support buckle arches 7 are constructed between the small pilot tunnels 3; s4, a station top arch 8 is constructed, and a vertical and horizontal supporting system is formed; s5, a soil body is excavated downwards in an open caisson mode, and a main body structure is constructed in a prefabricated assembly mode; and S6, after the bottom plate is constructed to the preset position, ending work is completed, temporary components in the construction process are dismantled, and a closed underground structure is formed in the underground space. Compared with a traditional PBA construction method, external waterproof construction can be omitted, meanwhile, the good waterproof effect is ensured, labor can be saved, the construction environment is improved, the construction period is shortened, more temporary structures are saved, the influence of underground water can be effectively reduced, and therefore the construction risk is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于PBA法的装配式沉井地下空间暗挖修建方法,包括步骤如下:S1:施工竖井1、横通道2以及小导洞3;S2:在小导洞3内施工支护桩4、冠梁5及车站顶纵梁6;S3:在小导洞3之间施工初期支护扣拱7;S4:施工车站顶拱8,构成竖向及水平向的支撑体系;S5:通过沉井的方式向下开挖土体,采用预制装配的方式施工主体结构;S6:底板施工至预定位置后,完成收尾工作,并拆除施工过程中的临时构件,使地下空间形成封闭的地下结构。本发明相比传统PBA工法可免除外包防水的施工,同时确保良好的防水效果,可节约劳动力、改善施工环境并缩短施工工期,更节省临时结构,可有效降低地下水的影响,从而降低施工风险。
